Once an order is placed and confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including customer preference, sizing issues, or change of mind.

Replacement Policy (Only If Applicable)
Replacements are allowed only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged.

The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
Conditions for replacement:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photo/video proof of the damage or incorrect item is mandatory.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Once approved, the replacement will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product.
