Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Majesty Fusion, each product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. To maintain fairness and hygiene standards, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refund Policy

  • All products sold on Majesty Fusion are non-refundable.

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including customer preference, sizing issues, or change of mind.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy (Only If Applicable)

Replacements are allowed only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged.

  • The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).

Conditions for replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photo/video proof of the damage or incorrect item is mandatory.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Once approved, the replacement will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Majesty Fusion reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, technical issues, or operational constraints. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Customized or personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-replaceable, unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

  • Any damage occurring during return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • We reserve the right to reject any replacement request that does not meet the above criteria.
